　　Research on the Relation between Entrepreneurship
　　Education and Entrepreneurial Willingness Mediating by Entrepreneurial Endowment

　　Abstract：Entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial endowment,individual background all affect the entrepreneurial willingness of undergraduates, especially there needs a transformation path from the entrepreneurship education to the entrepreneurial willingness. It verifies the mediating effect on the transformation from the entrepreneurship education to the entrepreneurial willingness cited by the colleges located in Tianjin and Qing Huangdao examples and puts forward the moderating effect of individual entrepreneurial experience on the relationship between entrepreneurial endowment and entrepreneurial willingness.
