In the first place, it is the feedback in the classroom, which is to make feedbacks as soon as possible to the teachers after listening to the classes. It has been agreed that the establishment of self-improving and self-restraint monitoring system for college teaching quality will effectively enhance the teaching quality which is one of the aims of teaching evaluation. The system includes quality standard, information collection and statistic analysis and measurement, evaluation, information reaction, adjustment and so on. Monitoring teaching quality is not single and hidebound, but multi-level and diverse. On the basis of characteristics of higher education, this article proposes to establish a closed-up multi-dimension monitoring system for college teaching quality in an openly and active way. In the second place, it is the feedback at any moment. It is to make treatment to the teaching affairs office of those problems that are in need of treatment. The curriculum has been the core issue of higher vocational education. Curriculum system, whether it is reasonable is directly related to the level of teaching quality and training goal of higher vocational education. In the third place, it is the regular feedback. Arrange the teaching monitoring group and the teaching information meeting regularly and make feedback to relevant units through the forms of meetings. In the fourth place, it is the network feedback. Announce regularly and make feedback on the teaching information of each aspect making use of the teaching affairs office.
4.Fully Play the Role of Imparting Knowledge and Educating People of the Teachers through Organizing Writing of PBL Teaching Plan
1)The writing of the PBL teaching plan has stood out three principles, which are shown as the followings:”take practice as the first, self-learning as the principle and the ability is as well important”. It shall strengthen the five steps: strengthening SP internship —— (bring up questions) self-learning —— discussions (including precise explanations) —— practical operations. There are three aspects that shall be paid attention to. The first aspect is to be good at “setting questions”, which is shown in the lesson preparation of the teachers. The second aspect is to be excellent at the “precise explanations”. Considering the characteristics of personnel training in higher vocational colleges the talent training goal is as follows: Through studying, the students can master the basic viewpoints of Marxist principle and the basic knowledge of economic management, with good professional ethics, proficiency in engineering technology, engineering measurement, project valuation and other professional knowledge, and skilled use of professional skills. They should have the operation abilities of actual business in thefields of quantity calculation, project pricing, project bidding, and project management and so on, and havethepioneeringspirit,creativeabilityandstrongpracticalability.After graduation, they should become the persons with high qualities and qualified skills. The third aspect is to make assessment in a strict manner. Make strict assessments on every illness. According to this teaching method and program, the traditional teaching ideas and methods of “injection type”, “one-way teaching” and “take knowledge teaching as the principle” have been greatly. The injection type has been converted into the leading type. The one-way teaching has been two dimensional teaching and the knowledge teaching has been converted into ability cultivation.

On the basis of using previous literature for reference, combining with teaching practice and going deeply to enterprises to do extensive research, the author put forward the idea of constructing curriculum based on working process. If the curriculum system is constructed according to this idea, it will make the graduate be up to the mustard of enterprises in their knowledge and abilities. At the same time, some analysis methods in the management can be applied as well, which could expand the thoughts of the teachers.
Considering all the situations, health higher vocational teaching education reformation is the inner connection based on strengthening each subject curriculum of medical teaching. Keep on exploring the curriculum system of science and further optimize the curriculum structure so as to improve the comprehensive qualities and the innovation abilities of the medical major students.
