The curriculum system construction is an important content of the higher vocational education reformation. It has played a so much important role in such aspects as the realization of the cultivation goals of the higher vocational education, the curriculum setting, the curriculum model, the implementation of the teaching content and the teaching materials and the innovation of the teaching methods and the ways and so on. The construction of the curriculum system of finance major must reflect the requirements of multidisciplinary base, profound foundation and broad scope. Finance is one of the branches of economics, which determining the research approach to study the finance issues from the economics perspective, the main trend of contemporary finance. With the numerous applications based on web technique widely distributed over Internet, the current demands for webpage designer and website developer are increasing dramatically. In this paper we firstly discuss about the requirement of skills and knowledge needed by designer and website developer. The construction of curriculum system is depicted in detail by several dimensions which include teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation methods basing on authors' teaching practice and experience. The curriculum system is now being applied to current teaching process, and some perfect effects are achieved. Modern finance has the foundation of the economics and management, politics, sociology and law. Consequently, scientific and rational construction of the curriculum system is an important guarantee for talents training. Currently, curriculum system in the new-founded undergraduate colleges confronts with many difficult problems that need further improvement continuously in the construction of curriculum.
