Entrepreneurs have a lower risk of being set up to fail or controlled due to the fact that they are often their own boss. Knowledge of one’s field, determination, talent, the ability to recover from bad situations, trusted peers and collaborators, supply and demand, and luck are all important factors in becoming a successful entrepreneur.

In order to improve the teaching qualities in an actual manner, strengthen the teaching management and carry out the listening system of four levels. Higher education's quality of teaching is the lifeline throughout the university survival and the development, the construction of ordinary university interior quality of teaching monitoring system. How to make it effective movement is the important topic which studies for each university in recent years. Solve the emerging problems in network courses, we propose the design of a teaching process monitoring and management system, based on the education technology related theories, such as cooperative learning, environment learning, etc. Through the interaction between the monitoring, management, evaluation, and feedback, the system is able to increase the utilization rate of the network course, improve the learning interest and efficiency. Finally, the teaching management and quality are maximally improved. The first hand materials can be obtained through listening to the classes so as to make research and improvement on the existing problems in the teaching work.
