移居上海前的情况，我们选取了四个变量作为，结果表明“来上海的频率”和“和上海人接触的频率”分别与“上海交往适应”和“身份认同”的回归系数为负值，并达到显著水平，提示有关上海人的刻板印象会影响白领移民未来的态度和行为。
　　移居上海之后，在上海工作生活的时间和“身份认同”与“上海语言适应”之间的相关系数达到显著水平，说明工作时间越长越有可能认同自己是上海人、上海语言适应水平也越高。这一结果和张文宏和雷开春以及陈菲菲的研究一致。不过其他因素，如单位规模、单位上海籍员工的比例、工作中和上海人接触的频率等因素的影响都未达到显著程度。在上海的亲属关系类变量中，现居住在上海的家庭成员数量和“对上海的喜好感”因子呈正相关，房子的性质和“身份认同”呈正相关这一结果和其他研究也基本吻合。

　　Research on Acculturation of White-color Immigrants in Shanghai

　　Abstract:Acculturation comprehends those phenomena which result when groups of individuals having different cultures come intocontinuous first-hand contact, with subsequent changes in the original culture patterns of either or both groups. It has been studied in these emigration countries such as US and Canada very early and intensively. In China, previous research mainly focuses on acculturation of blue-color populations in cities from rural areas, but pays little attention to that of white-color counterparts.Based on a questionnaire survey of 200 white-color immigrants in Shanghai, through a measurement consisting of identity, language adaption, love to shanghai, social interaction, and sense of belonging to Shanghai, this study found that the level of acculturation collaborated significantly with their ability of Shanghai dialect learning, circle of local friends, frequency of visiting Shanghai in the past, frequency of contact with shanghainese and the duration of living in Shanghai.
