最后，随着我国社会的发展和财富的增加，以人为本的理念逐渐深入人心，让人们有尊严、有体面、幸福地生活、工作与学习，成为社会共识。然而现实中还有许多不尽如人意的地方。马克思在谈到德国的社会变革时指出，“（人们）不能再求助于历史权利，而只能求助于人权”，也就是说，一方面，单纯财富的增加只是使得资产者的福利增加，与增进人们的普遍福利之间没有必然的逻辑关系；另一方面，资本还具有敌视人的本性，只以财富增加为社会目标，会导致手段与目的倒置的异化现象，人不是作为人存在，而是作为财产的人格化存在。由此可见，深入研究马克思财产理论，借鉴马克思所主张的人权性质的财富生产，体会马克思对（资本）财产的非人性本质的批判等等，有助于规避“物的世界的增值与人的贬值成正比”的不合理性，真正实现绿色GDP等符合人性的和社会需要的财富增长，从而贯彻落实党和政府提出的“以人为本”的理念，更进一步推进和完善我国的人权事业。

　　On Marx Property Theoretical System

　　Abstract: Growth in the property and co-ordination of property interests after the growth constitute the two main themes of our times, which calls for us to strengthen subject of Marx’s theory of property. Therefore, this article explores the necessity, the possibility and importance of constructing the theoretical system of Marx’s property theory. I try to clearly define the core concepts of Marx’s property theory, investigate the history formation process of Marx’s property theory and its basic framework in depth from philosophical implication of the property rights perspective. With the help of the study, I hope to not only help people form a scientific concept, but provide a workable idea for the rapid increase of property and co-ordination of property interests after the increase.
