5 结论与启示
　　大量文献从工程项目业主与承包商信任的内涵与外延等层面进行了研究，但是其中几个关键问题仍有待深入：
　　一是工程项目业主与承包商信任形成机理与量表开发。尽管国外文献已有此方面的研究，但研究过于偏重经济学范式，缺乏社会学研究方法的引入，因而理论与经验研究仍可能没有完全揭示出信任的本质与维度体系，这一基础性问题也潜在造成了信任量表维度构建的片面性。
　　二是信任的生成与演化是一个动态变化过程，而目前的研究在动态演化机理方面存在缺失。相关研究仅仅涉及到影响因素层面，项目情景下的动态演化机理及实证分析是有待解决的另一项基础研究。
　　三是工程项目业主与承包商信任与项目成功的因果关系模型还不完善。毫无疑问，信任研究的最终目的是促进项目成功。在现有文献中，信任与项目成功间的因果关系被表述为：信任作用于一系列项目管理要素（如知识管理）与治理要素（如风险分担），经中介传导机制促进项目成功。但目前对中间变量的探索只是局部的发现，缺乏一个系统的理论分析框架，因而建立一般化模型阐述他们之间的内生因果关系是厘清中间变量的关键环节。
