  Abstract: catering group buying is catering industry of a new marketing mode in recent years, with its convenient ultra-low discount advantages developed rapidly, the fashion is more and more consumers. This article through the analysis of the feasibility of the group-buying model to explore the transformation direction of marketing mode of catering enterprises, the article summarizes the characteristics of catering group buying, studied and analyzed the catering group buying problems, discusses the trend of the development of food and beverage group, to study food good combination with group purchase, promote the healthy and rapid development of catering industry.
