总之，马克思主义物质变换的最高目标在于通过合理调节人与自然物质变换实现人与自然共同进化、协调发展、共存共荣。人与自然之间的物质变换失调将会给人类社会带来的严重问题——环境问题和自然、人、社会的异化。人类对自然生态系统的破坏，如果超过自然的再生能力和修复能力的界限，人与自然的物质变换关系就会失衡，不仅会导致自然的灾难，而且人类将面临着生态危机。因此，对马克思主义物质变换理论的研究，在环境与发展已成为社会的焦点问题的当代无疑有着独特的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

　　Abstract: The emergence of modern social and ecological environment problems and the survival crisis characterize that the sustainable development of human society is suffering severe challenges and the relation between the mankind and nature is of serious damage. The article analyzes the Marxist "material transformation" ideology. And on the basis of examining the origin and connotation of the concept, the author deeply analyzes the seriousness and source of material transformation between the human and the nature in the process of unsustainable development. Further more, the author reviews the path to achieve sustainable development that Marxist has put forward in the aspects like institutional change and conception change.
