¡¡¡¡Abstract Thirteen fruit quality characters£¨soluble solids content£¬ titratable acidity£¬ carotenoid£¬ fructose£¬ glucose£¬ sucrose£¬ total sugar£¬ total phenolic£¬ antioxidant capacity£¬ K£¬ Ca£¬ Mg£¬ Fe£©of 33 accessions of mango germplasm£¬preserved in South Subtropical Crops Research Institute£¬Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences£¬China£¬were studied. Variance£¬correlation and principal component analysis£¨PCA£©were used to evaluate the experimental results. The results showed that the wide variation were among the fruit quality characters of mango with variation efficient of 16.05%-70.24%£¬ the largest coefficient of variation was sucrose while the smallest was iron. Significant correlations were found among the quality attributes£¬ but more quality characters were relatively independent. Principal component analysis suggested that thirteen quality characters could be simplified to six principal components£¬ and their accumulative contribution ration amounted to 86.63%. Glucose£¬ fructose£¬ total phenolic£¬ antioxidant capacity£¬ Ca£¬ Fe£¬ K£¬ Mg were the main characters£¬ which could be used to analize mango fruit quality.
