rithms with physical separation panially substituted by mathematical separation was deVeloped fbr simultaneous quantitative dete咖ination of Fleroxacin(FLE),Penoxacin(PEF) and Enoxacin(ENO) in milk. The pro— posed method can perfbm simultaneous quantitative dete珊ination of interesting analytes in the presence of milk inted’erence without separating the three kinds of quinolone8,and the operation proces8 is simple and has
high sensitivity and selectivity and satisfactory prediction results.AATLD(Altemating asymmetric trilinear de- comp08ition) analysis result showed that the average recoverie8 of Fleroxacin(FLE),Penoxacin(PEF) and enoxacin(ENO)are(97.87±4.91)%,(97.55±5.45)%and(102.13±5.759)%respectively.
