　　On the Application of the Trust Protection Principle of Administrative
　　Law in the Policy of Postponed Retirement

　　Abstract：The policy of postponed retirement has attracted controversy all these years. From the basic development trend of social economy， this policy would be pushed irresistibly. However， from the perspective of administrative rule of law in our country， there should not be prompt implementation of it. The postponed retirement policy is a public policy， which needs to be researched scientifically， examined comprehensively and implemented carefully. In addition， we need to weigh the legitimacy of the policy from the aspect of the principle of trust protection in administrative law.
