  In summary, photocatalytic nanostructured doped TiO2thin films were prepared. The thin film utilizes the visible light spectrum to photocatalytically decompose reactive dyes. It has been demonstrated that doped nano-TiO2photocatalyst is mixture of rutile and anatase type. The photocatalytic experimental results exhibit that N-doped and B-doped nano-TiO2can effectively photodegrade reactive dyes under visible light irradiation and the maximum photoactivity is obtained when the 1:1 of doping ratio between N and Tetrabutyl titanate as well as the curing temperature is 80 ℃ and time 2min.
