　　Abstract：The talent training mode of the combination of production, teaching and research is the key to training high-level and complex logistics talents，and to solving the shortage of the current logistics talents. This paper firstly analyzes the basic problems of current logistics talent training in China，and then discusses the combination of production，teaching and research in school-enterprise cooperation and their problems. On this basis，for these problems，the paper puts forwards the strategic thinking of establishing a regional joint practical base of logistics talent training and analyzes the unique advantages of this strategy in the areas of operational mode，service scope，resource usage，training mode，cooperative relations and functional expansion.
