Philippines' largest fast food company Jollibee Foods Corp. has forged an agreement with a company based in the People's Republic of China that will allow wow gold the local food giant to acquire a major stake in a beef noodle restaurant.
Jollibee told the wow gold Philippine Stock Exchange on Tuesday that the wholly-owned subsidiary Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. signed a joint venture agreement with the Guangxi Zong Kai Food and Beverage Investment Co. Ltd. on April 30 that will allow the wow gold Philippine company to acquire a 55 percent stake in San Pin Wang for RMB 30 million (4.37 million U.S. Dollars).
The remaining 45 percent will still be held wow gold by Guangxi Zong.
The agreement further stipulates that both Jollibee Worldwide and Guangxi Zong will infuse an additional RMB 20 million (2.91 million U.S. Dollars) in San Pin Wang to fund its wow gold expansion.
"Together with the people from the Jollibee Group of Companies, I believe that we will be able to grow San Pin Wang to a very large rip dvd and successful fast food chain in China. We wish to bring this brand to consumers in many other parts of China beginning with the neighboring provinces in South China," Jollibee Chairman Tony Tan Caktiong said in a convert video statement.
San Pin Wang, a chain of restaurants with a total of 34 stores blu ray ripper in Nanning and Liuzhou, is projected to post an annual sale of RMB 100 million (14.58 million U.S. Dollars) this year.
Jollibee currently operates Philippines' largest blu ray ripper fast food network with a total of 1,569 stores all over the country.
Its various fast food chains can also be found in countries like the United States, Vietnam, Brunei and Dubai and currently operates two brands in the People's Republic Wedding gowns of China -- Yonghe King in Shanghai and Hong Zhuang Yuan in Beijing.
The San Pin Wang joint venture will allow the Philippine-based company to penetrate South China.
They also raised a number of wedding dress issues including intellectual property rights, equal treatment and preferential policies.
"It (the concern) is understandable, but I believe it will disappear gradually as we are all actively considering how to implement the relevant rules," said Ma.
Wang Junfeng, director of the Registration Office of Foreign-Invested world of warcraft gold Enterprises under the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, told the forum that the authorities will release a number of detailed and supportive proposals and measures tailored for foreign businesses on May 13, in a bid to assist them in strengthening their China-based operations.
